Following on from the hugely successful Decoupage 3D software, Paperselect wanted to produce software that allowed Decoupage novices to create stunning 3D cards. We designed and developed a series of 5 themed craft CD-ROMs, each with designed backing sheets, card templates, 3D fold-up objects and other printable embellishments. The target user for the software would be a novice, who may rarely use a computer, so it was important to build it as simple as possible. Linear navigation helps the user to choose their design step by step and to finally preview the product before printing it.

The health and fitness of children is paramount and very prominent in the public domain at the moment. Software to evaluate pupils' fitness was the brain child of two sports teachers. They needed the technical expertise to develop their concept. We developed a program that would allow schools to track the fitness of pupils through their school life. Through physical tests, tailored for both boys and girls, a tutor can store each individual's data, view reports and diagrams and advise each student on how to improve their overall development.

Birmingham City Council commissioned a large scale model of the city centre showing recent and future developments. Mediascope had to develop a multimedia experience that would engage the public by turning the model into an interactive focal point. Installed on to a touch-screen, members of the public select specific areas on the model which then light up in the corresponding area of the city, full details of this area would then be displayed on screen utilising video, animation, audio and graphical content. Part of the brief was to keep the Pavilions branding and build an eye-catching application, easy to use, to allow anyone passing by to understand instantly how to engage and interact with the display.
